Dr. Lane is a retired United States Army commissioned officer with more than 20 years of honorable military service. Her military career instilled in her a strong foundation of discipline, resilience, and servant leadership—principles that continue to guide her professional and personal endeavors. Her military experiences shaped her understanding of leadership under pressure, ethical decision-making, and the responsibility leaders carry to those they serve.
